Designer's Block

Sometimes it feels like I have designer's block. One has the vision to start something, but it's just a matter of "what shall I create?" First you need a need to fill - "where's that hole so I can put some dirt in it?" In this case I was stumped on a birthday card design....so that's where it was going and here's the illustration that sprang from the what-to-create frustration.
